RRVI

Remote Regulatory Verification Infrastructure™ is the engineering architecture behind EU AI Act Ready™ — a way of turning regulatory compliance from a document-exchange problem into a structured, machine-verifiable evidence problem. EU AI Act Ready™ is its first reference implementation.

01 — What RRVI™ Stands For

Four Letters, One Architecture

RRVI™ is not a product name — it names an architectural pattern. Each word does specific work in defining what the system is and is not.

Compliance evidence is accessible for review without an on-site visit. An inspector, auditor, or partner can verify readiness from anywhere, at any time — not only when a physical inspection is scheduled.

Regulatory

The architecture exists to serve regulatory obligations — not general document management. Every component maps back to a specific obligation under a specific regulation, starting with the EU AI Act.

Verification

The goal is not to produce documents — it's to produce evidence that can be independently checked: cryptographically, semantically, and against the actual regulatory text. Verification, not paperwork.

RRVI™ is a reusable foundation, not a one-off tool. The same architecture that powers EU AI Act readiness can support other regulatory domains — because the infrastructure is decoupled from any single regulation.

What RRVI™ Is — and Isn't

RRVI™ is an engineering reference architecture: a set of architectural principles, components, and patterns for producing, publishing, verifying, and navigating digital regulatory evidence. Individual regulations become implementations of the architecture — they don't define it.

Continuous, Not Announced

Organizations shouldn't prepare compliance documentation only when an inspection is announced. They should operate continuously in a verifiable state, where regulatory evidence is maintained as part of normal business operations — moving from exchanging documents to verifying structured digital evidence.
